Solid products, minor shipping delay
I purchased the 15 Shade Eyeshadow Palette and a Brow Define Pencil. Ordering was straightforward on their site. Delivery took about 8 days to reach me in California, a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn't a huge issue. The eyeshadows are pigmented and blend well for the price point. The brow pencil is decent, nothing revolutionary but it gets the job done. Packaging was secure, no broken shadows. Customer service wasn't needed, so I can't speak to that. Overall, I think it's a good value for everyday makeup.

Consistent quality, reliable service
I've bought from MUA Store several times now, and they're always consistent. This time I picked up the Volume Mascara and another Loose Setting Powder. My last order had a Blushed Liquid Blush, which I loved. This mascara gives good volume without clumping, just like I expect. The setting powder works great for my oily T-zone. Shipping was about the same as my previous orders, maybe 6 days. I keep coming back because their stuff is always good quality for the money, and I know what I'm getting. Never had a bad experience here.

Oh my gosh, I just got the Liquid Eyeliner and it's amazing! It applies so smoothly and stays put all day. I usually struggle with liquid liners but this one is perfect. I'm telling all my friends about it. Everything arrived really fast, too. Can't wait to try more stuff from MUA Store!
Easy to order, nice lip gloss
So, I grabbed a Hydro Gloss and a Satin Sheen Lipstick from them. The website was super easy to use, no fuss at all. My package showed up in about a week, which was fine. The gloss is really pretty, not sticky. The lipstick color is great too. Overall, it was a chill shopping experience, would do it again.
